I’ve been really happy with the Freak Athlete Adjustable Kettlebell so far. The biggest selling point for me is just how much space it saves. Instead of having a whole row of kettlebells taking up room, I can adjust the weight on one and have pretty much everything I need for a workout. The adjustment system is straightforward and feels solid once everything is locked in. More importantly, it actually feels like a normal kettlebell when you’re using it. The handle is comfortable, the balance feels good for swings, presses, rows, carries, etc., and it doesn’t have that awkward bulky feeling that some adjustable weights have. Build quality also feels really good. It’s definitely not cheap or flimsy, and after using it I feel like the price makes a lot more sense. If you work out at home and want a good range of kettlebell weights without dedicating a ton of space to equipment, I think it’s a really practical option. Only downside is that it’s apparently so heavy I had to hire a small crew of house elves to move it.
