How secure is the pin?
Very secure. The full weight of the plates presses down against the pin, keeping it locked in place during training.
Does the pin stick out and get in the way?
On one side, the pin is completely flush, and on the other side, the pin head extends a couple of millimeters. This does not affect training in any way.
Do the plates rattle or shift during reps?
If you actively shake it, you’ll hear a light sound. During training, sound is minimal.
Does it feel like a real competition kettlebell?
That’s what it’s modeled on: similar handle geometry, a 33 mm grip, and weight carried high in the body like a pro-style bell. Reviewers who train on competition bells consistently describe the feel as closer to a fixed bell than any adjustable they’ve used.
Can I drop it?
We don’t recommend dropping your kettlebell, even though it’s quite durable. Just know drops aren’t covered by our warranty.

It adjusts from 12 to 32 kg (26 to 70 lb) in 2 kg (4.4 lb) steps — 11 kettlebells in one. Weights are marked in kilograms on one side and pounds on the other, so it’s always clear what you’ve selected.
