This product is very good for what it is, but for what I personally need it for, I’d give it a 4 out of 5.
I primarily use this kettlebell on leg days and for core work, and it feels really good for swings. However, I find it pretty uncomfortable to use for front squats because of its size. Also, unless you have the kettlebell fully loaded, there’s nothing at the bottom for your hands to rest on, which makes certain exercises more difficult.
For windmills, I’ve found it’s much harder to balance the kettlebell at the top of the movement compared to a traditional kettlebell. Additionally, it’s pretty much unusable for my wife because of its size and relatively high starting weight.
If you’re considering adding this to your home gym, I’d recommend not getting too caught up in the advertising or hype surrounding this product. Think about what you actually need to accomplish your workouts.
For my needs, I would recommend simply finding traditional 16, 24, and 32 kg kettlebells on Facebook Marketplace or another used market. This is the first piece of equipment I’ve purchased new for my home gym, and while it is a nice product, I question whether the added cost is worth it for me.
I love this machine. Being able to perform GHD’s and back extensions have made a big impact on my training. Although not the first thing you think of when building a home gym, this is what has made the biggest impact. I highly recommend this to anyone trying to take their training to the next level.
This ABX Bench ties my home gym together. It provides the perfect platform for barbell and dumbbell work yet is takes up little space when standing as shown in the photo! Sleek design, very stable, very well made. Great job freak athlete I highly recommend!
Awesome! They just arrived and tried to clean… the feeling is amazing and the grip fantastic. I was worried about the pin but it’s very stable and it doesn’t stick out that much, actually I think they sent me a shorter one, because in all YouTube videos I watched, it was sticking out a bit more.
Everything about this product is quality! I ran into an issue during assembly, reached out to support and heard back in less than an hour! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great set of options for their gym.
I purchased my hyper over 2 years ago and was an early adopter in the UK. I have since bought the hyper pro upgrade, the leg developer kit, the belt squat attachment and the cable attachment. Why? Because freak athlete have developed a product that exceeds all expectations. It is absolutely incredible. If I could only have 1 piece of equipment, this would be it. If it broke tomorrow, I would buy a new one on the same day but guess what, I wouldn't have to because Freak athlete also offer a lifetime guarantee which is insane value! One of the knobs broke around a year ago, i contacted them and they sent out replacements for free. This company Is absolutely incredible to deal with, the craftsmanship is unbelievable and I will support them with any future products they release. I also tell everybody to get one of these and convinced 2 friends to purchase them. They are absolutely incredible. I started nordic training with it, started at 45 degrees and scaled it all the way to now I'm doing flat ground nordics easily. As a back extension it is incredibly stable. The leg developer is absolutely solid. I use mine 5 days a week and the results it gives are insane. I cannot recommend this product and company enough!
Ps apologies freak athlete for only just leaving the review now. (I was too busy using the equipment and I kept forgetting!) But 2 and a half years later, mine is still going strong and I absolutely love it.

Some of the little metal pins on the weight plates were loose/ had fallen out upon delivery but that was easy to screw back in.
Mainly docking a star because the shipping lead time was so bad. Ordered in late July with an estimated ship date by end of August and it didn’t actually arrive until the end of September. FA def needs to improve their shipping situation a bit more because 8+ weeks from order to delivery is wild

Love the bench, seems very well made on looks great. The foam seems a little firm for my taste. Additionally I did receive mine some damage to the powder coating. I haven’t received an email regarding the damage yet. I did pay for the shipping protection so I hope this gets resolved. But overall I am happy with the product
I’ve had my bench for a couple of weeks now and am ready to share my initial impression: I love it! I’d been using a perfectly adequate adjustable bench for the past 20 years, but decided to upgrade to the ABX because I wanted a leg trainer, and this one was supposed to be the best on the market. The fold-down top, the wheels, and the vertical storage features were initially not important to me. The first thing I noticed when it arrived was wow, it was heavy. As I put it together, I began to appreciate the quality of the design and construction. This is a top-of-the line bench in every way. It’s a work of art. In terms of functionality, it’s perfect as both a flat and inclined bench. The leg trainer exceeded my expectations as well. I'm constantly working around knee issues but don’t experience any pain using it. I couldn’t be happier with the setup. I then tried the fold-down top while doing seated DB shoulder presses and I realized what an improvement this was. And I began to appreciate how easy the wheels made it to move the bench around my workout room for different exercises. And then I tried storing it vertically and realized that was easier than what I was doing before, and it was a huge improvement to the layout of my workout space. In short, I couldn’t be happier with my purchase.
I use my Hyper Pro X almost every day now, and it has made my workouts noticeably more effective. It is one of those pieces of equipment that quickly becomes a regular part of your training routine.
At first, changing between the different setups takes a little practice, but once you get used to it, it can be converted very quickly. At the moment, I use it most often for hip thrusts and Nordic curls, and it works great for both.
What I particularly like is how solid the whole machine feels. Nothing rattles or wobbles, even during harder exercises. The different positions also feel very natural and ergonomic, which makes training much more comfortable.
Overall, I am extremely happy with the Hyper Pro X. It is versatile, very well built, and has definitely improved my home workouts. Easy 5 stars from me. 👍
I had two full sets of mixed kettlebells, one for work and one for home. I sold the work set and made enough to buy 2 of these. So convenient, super solid and easy to adjust and well balanced too. I’d looked at adjustable before but until this one they were too inconvenient to switch in the middle of a workout or they were poorly balanced and weird shaped. These are great!
As a personal trainer who operates out of her garage space saving is KEY. I train a lot of moms (pregnancy, postpartum) and the bench helps me train them throughout this seasons safely and effective. It’s so sturdy and safe for me to use. The bench gives me so much variety on training my clients.

Hyper Pro X is the most versatile machine I’ve ever used! It’s far and away the best purchase I’ve made for my garage gym. I especially love the leg attachment that lets me hit quads and hamstrings thoroughly. They also have excellent customer service and helped me out with a mistake on my end without hesitation. I really love these kettle bells! They take up minimal space and I can work out wherever I want with them. They work exactly like their advertised as well. I have had no issues with them.
