Wie der Hyper bei der Lösung von Rückenschmerzen geholfen hat

Mit Anfang 50 wusste Reggie, dass sein Rücken und seine Oberschenkelmuskulatur mehr Unterstützung brauchten, selbst bei seiner engagierten Fitnessroutine. „Ich begann, kleine Schmerzen in meinem oberen und unteren Rücken zu haben“, sagt er, aber überfüllte Fitnessstudios machten den Einsatz von Extensionsgeräten schwierig. Dann entdeckte er den Hyper Pro, und das war ein Wendepunkt. „Die verschiedenen Übungen, vor allem für die Rückenarbeit, haben ihn überzeugt. Und der Unterschied?

„Seit ich Nordic Curls mache, habe ich keine Charley Horses mehr... ganz zu schweigen von den Rückenschmerzen, die weg sind. Mein Rücken fühlt sich so stark an wie in meinen 20ern.“

„Vielseitige Übungen zur Stärkung des Rückens“

Für Seth, der das Hyper erst seit Kurzem nutzt, ist das Hyper zu einem wichtigen Gerät für das Training des unteren Rückens geworden. „Die Möglichkeit, Rückenstreckungen, Reverse Hypers und seitliche Streckungen auszuführen“, machte ihn zu einer perfekten Ergänzung seiner Geräte, die es ihm ermöglicht, verschiedene Körperwinkel zu trainieren und seine untere Rückenmuskulatur zu stärken. „Allein die Vielseitigkeit hat mich überzeugt“, sagt er, und nach nur wenigen Wochen, in denen er das Gerät drei- bis viermal pro Woche benutzt hat, bemerkt er bereits einen stärkeren, elastischeren Rücken. „Es ist erst der Anfang, aber die Fortschritte sind da!“

„Besserer Bewegungsumfang und bessere Kontrolle der Bauchmuskulatur“

Kevin B. nahm den Hyper in sein Trainingsprogramm auf, um seine Rückenschmerzen zu lindern und die Beweglichkeit der Wirbelsäule zu verbessern.
